General
What age level is Wild Air aimed at?
Yes and Parents are FREE! (when accompanied by a child). Most of the manufacturers of our inflatables specify an individual weight limit of 250 lbs., but allow up to three adults at one time. Be advised that some of the openings are small so children cannot fall out easily. This does make it difficult for adults to enter. Some inflatables (such as the bounce house) are not made for adults and are labeled as such. Can parents play too?
May I drop my children off to play and pick them up later?
NO. We require a parent or adult chaperone (over the age of 18) to stay with and supervise your children during their entire play session.
Do you have food?
Yes. We have a large concessions area with pizza, popcorn, drinks and candy.
How big are the pizzas?
They are 12 inch Orv’s pizzas, which we cut into 16 slices.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, local personal checks, debit and credit cards (Discover, VISA and Mastercard; no American Express).
What should my children wear?
Children in the play areas must wear socks (we sell ‘em if you forget), and comfortable clothing free of belts, extra zippers, and sharp objects. Please empty pockets and take off jewelry, earrings, scarves, and retainers. Girls with long hair should braid it or put it up so no one bounces on it. Light-weight long sleeves and pants are also preferable (helps avoid vinyl burns).
Do adults have to wear socks?
Yes. If adults are in the inflatables, socks must be worn.
Is smoking allowed in your facility?
No. For the health of our customers, Wild Air is a smoke-free facility and smoking and other tobacco products are not allowed anywhere on the premises or within twenty feet of the entrances.
Open Air
What is Open Air?
Open Air is a designated time anyone can come in and play for a nominal admission price. We also sell multiple use prepaid passes and gift cards.
Do you allow carry-ins?
We do not allow any carry-ins for Open Air. There’s no need, we sell lots of good food and beverages in our concession area.
Birthday Parties
How far in advance do I need to book the party?
While we have four party rooms, birthday parties are popular, and book quickly. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you book the better. Saturday and Sunday afternoon parties fill up very quickly. We suggest you book 4-6 weeks in advance; but we will book parties up to the day before if the party room is available.
How do I book a party with Wild Air?
Check out our birthday party packages, then call(920) 830-2200 or email us at info@wild-air.com to book your party.
Do I need to put down a deposit?
Yes. We do require a $50.00 deposit that is due within 7 days of booking your party. You may use Discover, Master Card or Visa over the phone and we will send you your contract and invitations right away, or you can stop in to our stores and put down the deposit and pick up your contract and invitations today. You can also mail your deposit to us, and when we receive it we’ll send out your contract and invitations.
What decorations may I bring in for our party?
You may bring in hats, table cloths and themed table ware. We do not allow hitting piñatas (pull string only), confetti, balloons, silly string or bubbles. If these items are used, you may be subject to a $100 clean-up fee.
What about adults?
Parents and adult chaperones always play for free if they are with a child. However, our birthday packages are priced for children’s tummies, if adults partake of the food or drink at a birthday party you will be charged $.75 per adult for Milo’s Basic Party Package, $1.95 for Milo’s Wild Popcorn Party, and $2.95 for Milo’s Wilder Pizza Party. "Unlimited" means you get charged whether a child eats one piece of pizza or ten, or whether an adult eats one bite or a whole pizza.
How early should we be there before our scheduled party?
You and your guests do not need to be here any earlier than 10 minutes before your party is scheduled to start. For capacity purposes we cannot let you enter the play zone until the party time, so coming early just means waiting in the lobby.
Can we use our party room while our children are playing?
Sorry, no. We often have several parties going on at the same time and shortly before and after each other; therefore, we cannot allow you to use the party room until the seating time.
What do I need to bring to the party?
Make sure all your guests have socks. (But, if they forget we have them available for purchase.) We supply all party supplies (like the napkins, plates, and forks). We also have cake knives, candles and matches on site. Bring a camera Mom and Dad! Your job is to take pictures (if you wish), jump, slide, bounce, run, or sit and relax. You’re paying us for a reason, remember – so you can enjoy the party and not work. Your party host will take care of everything and the mess – so enjoy it; and remember how well they’ll sleep that night… If you need anything ask. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
Do we have to share our party room?
No. We have four party rooms and each party gets their own private room. You and your guests will be the only ones using your party room during the reserved time.
Can we extend our play time or party room time?
You can extend your playtime (limit two hours) for a discounted price, but due to demand we cannot extend your party room time.
Is there a maximum number of children per party?
We limit the maximum capacity of our facility, and our party rooms have various capacity limits from 15 – 45 children. If you will have more than 30 children at your party, please let us know when scheduling. And if your party is large enough, it may be cheaper for you to rent the entire facility.
At what point do I need to confirm the number of children coming to the party and what party options (like goodie bags, balloons, etc.) I need at the party?
We will contact you 24 hours prior to your scheduled party time to confirm your requirements. At that time we will verify your guest count and make sure that you only order the quantities you need. You can also call us at any time to finalize your arrangements. We will try to accommodate any request and answer any final questions you may have.
Can I bring my own food?
The ONLY outside food allowed into the facility are birthday cakes and ice cream. Please keep in mind we have very limited freezer and refrigerator space (so plan accordingly). Absolutely no other outside food or drink is permitted – but why would you want to anyway. We offer a full concessions area at reasonable prices and can get a custom birthday cake delivered right to your party.
What beverages are offered?
We have a wide variety of beverages – water, soda, juice, and other seasonal beverages. No caffeinated beverages are served to parties without parental permission and request; they are available for individual sale to parents and adults. No alcoholic beverages are offered or allowed at the facility.
Where do you get your pizza?
We proudly serve Orv’s pizza. Should you want another provider, please let us know at the time of booking of your party and we will be happy to help you arrange it. If there will be an additional charge, we will inform you prior to ordering so you may make the final decision.
What about food allergies?
If you, your children, or your guests have any food allergy, please notify and alert our staff at the time you reserve your party and your party host again when you arrive at the party. We certainly cannot know what any child may be allergic to, and we do not want to give any child anything that will make them sick.
What if some of my guests do not show up at the scheduled party? Will I be charged for them?
Yes and no. We want to make sure you pay only for what you need based upon the number of guests that actually attend your party; and we will make every attempt to accommodate changes in your guest count. While you will still be charged the base party fee on the number of guests reserved, you will not be charged for optional party items (such as balloons or goodie bags) that you do not need on the day of your party. Also, unfortunately, customer cakes or custom party theme orders cannot be changed on the date of the party. And if you get more guests than you anticipated, we will make sure that additional party items are available if needed.
What if I cancel my party?
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your party time. You may change your party reservation up to 14 days prior to your party date. There is no charge for this change but choices of alternate dates are limited to availability at the time of change. The deposit is refundable if you cancel the party within 7 days of the party.
May I tip the party host?
Our hosts are paid a non-commission wage and understand that tipping is not expected. However, sometimes a party host goes out of their way in the eyes of a parent, and that parent provides them an extra tip. These unexpected tips are at your discretion.
My child really likes a particular character – can you help me theme his/her party with that character?
Certainly. Let us know how we can help you, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Depending upon your request, there may be additional charges that we will let you know shortly after booking. If you decide to purchase and bring your own themed party supplies, please give them to us at the beginning of the party and we will use them to set the tables. We do not use table cloths unless you provide them. Our tables are 12 feet long and seat 6-7 children, so two table cloths per table are required. If you bring plates, please bring two per guest – one for food, and the other for dessert.
May I bring games for the children to play?
Because space and time is limited, you should not bring games. Also, most children won’t play them – the inflatables are much cooler.
Do we open presents during the party?
This is your decision. Because time is limited in the party room, some parents prefer to take the gifts home to open the gifts, and others prefer to open them at Wild Air. We don’t mind either decision.
